This hotel in Pultusk exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the town square. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms, while a bit dated, were still comfortable and well-equipped. Finally, the breakfast at this hotel was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options and high-quality food.
All in all, I had a great stay at this hotel, and there wasn't anything that I found particularly negative.

This historic property is well-located with several sights to see in the market square and in the closest neighborhood. Bus transportation is also close by if needed. the restaurant offers delicious, well-presented food, and the breakfast selection is nicely arranged with fresh eggs, meats, fruits. Rooms have a warm, comfortable ambiance with older furniture, and the surrounding property provides plenty of opportunities for a leisurely stroll.
The staff in the dining room could use better training and hospitality skills, as some guests felt unwelcomed.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a charming hotel in a historic property. The hotel is filled with interesting artifacts and has a lovely park-like atmosphere where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even providing impromptu tours of the building and directing me to local sights. The room had a warm and cozy ambiance with its wooden paneling, and the breakfast spread was delicious and well-presented, offering a variety of fresh options. The hotel also offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for visitors from outside the country.
All aspects of my stay were just fine.

The hotel is located in a historic building and has some interesting artifacts. the food was well-presented and very delicious. the surrounding property is ideal for a stroll and perfect to enjoy the Christmas holiday.
The rooms are furnished with older, slightly worn furniture. the breakfast service was poor as there was no heating inside the room and the staff was unhelpful.

The New Year's Eve party was unforgettable! The fireworks display was amazing and the countdown accompanied by a live band was great. The location of the hotel was very central and we were able to visit some nice bars and restaurant nearby. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to extend our checkout time without any extra charge. , the rooms were spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view of the nearby river.
The disappointment came when we went to the breakfast buffet, which was poorly replenished and had limited options. the heating in our room was not working properly and we woke up freezing in the middle of the night.
